		<description>I agree that gymnastics schools can absolutely benefit from producing top notch gymnasts (be it at  a regional or national level).  However, I think gym owners must remember that they are there for the gymnasts also.  I have coached many competitions where the other coaches were just brutal with their gymnasts (little kids) because they were not performing the way they wanted them to.  It does us no good to build strong programs if we end up tearing down the children to get there.</description>
